Covanta’s fleet of 43 energy to waste facilities. Responsible for
direct oversight of 4 planners and 3 project managers for the northeast,

advice in creation of centralized corporate outage planning (previously
planning was done on a site by site basis only). Coordinating with 43
facilities on creating and updating a corporate schedule of facility outages

Covanta’s effort to save 25 million dollars in 3 years through optimization
of facility outages as an original member of the outage optimization group. -

documents and reports needed for a planning organization including, an ORI
(readiness index) and Critique reports (for measuring performance and

October, 2009 to March 2014 Program Analyst / Database Analyst –
Integrated Work Management Maintain and update databases
(Maximo, P6, and Microsoft Access). Creating and running reports and
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel,
Maximo, and P6. Business Administrator for Maximo at the Calvert Cliffs site,
including ensuring proper communication and information transfer between
Maximo and P6 software. - Responsible for
creating and running Outage Excel and MS Access Indicators / KPIs for
refueling outages utilizing P6 Primavera & Maximo data. - Key player in
implementing Work Control Process Indicators report which runs daily to all 3
constellation nuclear energy site’s utilizing the current P6 schedule and
Maximo database. - Assisted as Scheduler
during Refueling outages, rescheduling of activities as well as assistance in
Maximo if requires changes in planning. - Maximo Administrator
for Calvert Cliffs, responsible for ensuring that personnel have the proper
Maximo clearances, and also ensuring that Maximo is communicating properly
with the scheduling software. - Department Point of
Contact for software upgrades, including upgrade from Windows XP to Windows
7, and ensuring that existing software, e.g. Maximo, and P6 continued to

June 2008 to
February 2009 Lead Project Planner / Scheduler Planned, produced and updated
schedules for TF-134 using MS Project 2007. Tracked shipment of materials
using Maximo software. Responsible for all planning and reviewing of
KBR construction projects as the Lead Planner / Scheduler for Bucca TF-134
Camp Bucca Iraq. - Revised information contained in
the schedules based on new scheduling procedures and processes using
Microsoft Excel along with MS Project, new schedules were produced which
greatly enhanced the information contained within the schedules and allowed
for greater information sharing with the construction department. Halliburton KBR, Afghanistan &
Iraq
May 2006 to June 2007 Senior Project Planner/Scheduler Planned & produced schedules
with Microsoft Project Scheduler software. Responsible for creating and
distributing accurate duration driven schedules for all construction projects
planned at Bagram, Afghanistan, Mosul and Tikrit, Iraq. -Key player in
implementing Scheduling at BAF during a Pre-CAR period when scheduling was
required to be implemented in a very timely manner in order to meet
contractual obligations. -Acted as the Scheduling POC for
BAF, was responsible for attending all supervisor meetings, meeting regularly
